Stacy Carter, BS
Outreach Managing Partner
Stacy received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Kentucky University. Stacy is a senior care advisor and is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships with Pathways home care partners and senior-care community partners. She has over 20 years of experience in healthcare-related business. Her experience includes working as an admissions director in a nursing home, hospice marketing and hospital physician liaison and pharmaceutical sales.Stacy is also a licensed Realtor® in the state of Kentucky, serving Bowling Green and surrounding areas.

Mary Cohron, MBA
Financial Managing Partner
Mary is one of our senior care Advisors and is responsible for the financial management of Pathways. She has over 30 years experience in banking and, most recently, her consultancy advised several companies in the healthcare industry. She received her MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Martine Smallwood
Senior Care Advisor
Martine, a life-long resident of Hardin County, brings years of customer service to her position at Pathways. She is recently retired from the Hardin County Board of Education after serving 24 years as one of the secretaries to the Child Nutrition Manager.
Martine is active in her church and community and is looking forward to meeting and helping the people in Hardin County.
Angela Young
Senior Care Advisor
Angela Young studied at Western Kentucky University. She has lived in the Bowling Green community for over 30 years. For the last 15 years, she has been a real estate agent. She is a volunteer for Bible Study Fellowship, where she serves as a leader to many women.
Emily Harlan
Senior Care Advisor
Emily has a vast knowledge of the geriatric care industry. A former marketer for a prestigious provider of home care services in Kentucky, Tennessee and Alabama, she has specialized in all levels of care for seniors since 2010. An expert in stages of senior care, she has helped families find the right fit for their loved ones while considering their individual needs, financial capabilities and personal preferences.
